David Lingenfelter – President, Director of Engineering

David is the Co-Founder of Systems Engineering Solutions, LLC.  He is an experienced senior systems engineer with expertise in contract scope definitions, test plans, quality control, design, engineering, project management and customer service.  His in depth knowledge of broadcast television engineering is demonstrated by the impressive list of recent projects which include; Engineer on the Beijing Olympics IBC Edit Systems for NBC, Senior Engineer on the Verizon FiOS project, Program Manager for Digital Asset Management systems for SignaSys, Project Manager for Rebuild and Automation of Three PBS stations in Texas including the preparation of a study on central-casting; and Lead Engineer on the design of the CNN facility in New York.  He has served as Vice President of Engineering Services for The Evers Group, Director of Engineering for KICU Television in San Jose, California and Engineering Manager at Sony SIC-Engineering Department.

David has served as a member of the Model Station Project for Digital Datacasting in Washington DC and has participated in various industry associations including SMPTE, SBE, SCTE, PMI and the Texas Association of Broadcasters.

David is married to Mercy, his wife of 30 years; is the father of two children, Richard and Natalie, and resides in San Antonio, Texas.

Jim Evers – Chief Executive Officer

Jim is the co-founder of Systems Engineering Solutions, LLC.  His career spans over 40 years in the broadcasting.  He previously served as the Chairman and Founder of The Evers Group, LLC, a contract engineering firm in San Jose, California specializing in consulting, engineering design, training and documentation of visual-information systems for the broadcasting and telecommunication markets, President and General Manager of KICU Television in San Jose, California and Executive Vice President and Director of Group Operations for Wilson Broadcasting, a group owner of six broadcast stations in California, Michigan, Texas, Indiana and Kansas.

Jim has served on the boards of The San Jose Rotary Club, San Jose-Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and The California Association of Broadcasters.  He is also a Senior Fellow of The American Leadership Forum of Silicon Valley.  He was honored by the Santa Clara Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America as the Distinguished Citizen of the Year.

Jim is married to Jeanne Evers and has two grown sons, Jason and Justin and resides in Lawrence, Kansas.
